AKU held the first cosmetologist qualification examination and AKU cosmetologist contest in Shanghai, which was also the last open-level examination for AKU since the opening of the cosmetologist examination.

AKU invited JAKU (Japan Dog Association) master beautician, member of JAKU Beauty Examination Review Committee, JAKU director, FCI dog breed censor Ms. Zozogka Wu, as well as AKUT normal beautician, AKUT beauty censor and FCI dog breed referee Ms. Ke Yichen to make a decision for this contest. Fair, fair and open competition, strict examination and technical evaluation combined, so that each examinee benefited a lot.

There are 141 candidates registered for the exam and competition, which is also the largest number of candidates in previous years. Among them, 46 candidates registered for Grade A, 61 candidates registered for Grade B and 34 candidates registered for Grade C. A total of 102 candidates passed the exam and 27 of them won the prize. The pass rates of each grade were 94% in C, 85% in B and 39% in A, respectively.
